Do you ship on public holidays?

Our shipping providers do not work on public holidays. This means we do not ship parcels on Australian or Queensland public holidays. Very few shipping providers operate on the weekends and we do not ship orders on weekends. Marine Warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm.

Due to the increased chance of loss of goods, we do not ship goods between 25 December of one year and 2 January of the next year. Our seasonal Christmas closure changes year to year but will be displayed on the site once it is confirmed.

How much does shipping cost?

Marine Warehouse offers free shipping on orders, with some exclusions, above $40 total.

Exclusions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversized items (such as centre consoles, anchors, items with a packaged dimension above 1.15M, and items with a packaged weight above 20kg.)
  • Dangerous Goods
  • Orders made by Trade Accounts are not eligible for this free shipping threshold, Trade accounts are subject to the Trade FIS threshold as stipulated when the account is opened. Please contact us to discuss the Trade FIS threshold if you have an active Trade account with Marine Warehouse.
  • International orders. Only orders shipped to a valid Australian address are subject to the free shipping threshold.
  • The free shipping policy, threshold, and exclusions are subject to change without notice.

The cost to ship orders depends on your location and which products you have selected. You can select standard shipping which usually takes 4-5 days or express shipping which usually takes 2-3 days. The shipping amount is calculated for your postcode with reference to specific product size and quantity. The calculated cost will be shown at the checkout. Due to distance or a lack of shipping providers, some regional areas may take longer to ship to, and incur higher shipping charges than for other regions.

Can I come and collect my order from your store?

Collection from our Brisbane warehouse is offered at the checkout for customers with a local delivery address postcode. Collection can be organised by prior appointment for any order however please be advised that Marine Warehouse does not have a shop front, you are unable to browse the warehouse.

Special shipping requirements

If you have special circumstances that may affect the delivery of products you must notify us of these details via email at [email protected]. We will communicate with you in an attempt to organise an appropriate delivery for you. Some delivery locations are not easily found, accessible, or clearly identified or marked. Some remote locations are only serviced via depots. Shipping charges may apply and may vary.

Do you ship internationally?

Eligible International orders will have freight charges displayed at the checkout.

Please note that you may be required to pay import taxes and duties on your order, depending on the laws and regulations in your country, so you'll need to make enquires with your own Customs authorities about this. Please note that we are legally required to accurately describe the value and contents of any parcels we send internationally, so we cannot and will not falsify the details on these forms (e.g. claim they are of a lower value or mark the product as a gift).
